I was skeptical of their shrimp and grits as a transplant from the Deep South, but they do an outstanding job (note: they changed the recipe up and I haven't had it since that change, but I'm sure it's still great). Also, while I'm not a vegan, I did really enjoy their mushroom 'lobster' roll for lunch. My only complaint: I wish they would bring back the maafe. ”

“ Our dinner at Nolabelle was absolutely wonderful! We sat outside on a perfect fall evening and enjoyed a couple of cocktails followed by their delectable Short Rib Egg Rolls. They were so delicious and filling that we each got a salad. We shared the Apple Arugula salad with Pulled Chicken and the Thai Peanut Pork Belly, which was probably the best salad I’ve ever eaten! ”

“ We are not in Mankato a lot, so we are not very familiar with the restaurants here. Nolabelle was one of the first ones to pop on my Google search, so we decided to try it. I am so glad that we tried this restaurant because it was so good! We went during lunch, so it was not busy. Also, everyone was very pleasant. We were seated right away. My husband ordered their burger and upgraded it to fries from chips and added cheese and thick cut bacon. I ordered the lamb stuffed pita. We also had the chocolate beignet for dessert. According to my husband, the burger was juicy and cooked just right. Right amount of pickles! My lamb stuffed pita was *chef's kiss*. The tzatziki sauce was perfect, and the meal also came with arugula salad. Did I mention that there were homemade chips? Yup! I was full. For the beignet, they were perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend going to Nolabelle! ”
